WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor and manage the check-in process.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring all inquiries reach the right person or department.
Manage scheduling for conference rooms and visitor appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are distributed efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a professional and inviting environment.
Collaborate with various internal teams to support administrative tasks and office operations.

Requirements
At least a Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A friendly and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
